2)    Products cannot be returned without authorization from Gullah Jewelry, Fashion & Design, LLC.

3)     Returns must be in original package and in same new and handmade condition as you received.

4)     Even exchanges will be granted for untampered merchandise, shipped at your own cost.

5)     Special Orders, Custom Orders, Close-outs and Used Items are not returnable.

6)     Merchandise may be returned for an exchange within 10 days of invoice date.

7)     Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming).

8)     Damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

9)     WE DO NOT SHIP COD.

10)   Prices are subject to change without notice.

11)   All items are shipped the most economical way (USPS) at customer’s expense.

12)   Payment will not be processed until your order is ready to be shipped.

13)  Tracking will be provided.
