Products cannot be returned without authorization from Gullah Jewelry, Fashion & Design, LLC.Returns must be in original package and in same new and handmade condition as you received.

Even exchanges will be granted for untampered merchandise, shipped at your own cost.

Special Orders, Custom Orders, Close-outs and Used Items are not returnable.

Merchandise may be returned for an even exchange within 10 days of invoice date.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (incoming and outgoing).

Damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
